680 CATTLE on offer this week and the strong trade that has prevailed in recent weeks was maintained and in certain cases for forward or short keep stores prices were improved. The Weanlings with strong farmer demand and renewed exporter activity reported a very good clearance while the breeding stock recorded some fancy prices for the top quality lots. Cull cow numbers remain strong also with good demand while calf numbers have risen also.
