2 NEVEN MAGUIRE The Neven Maguire Cookery Demonstrat­ion will take place at Kilronan Castle this Wednesdayt the 1st March at 7.00pm. All funds go to Cootehall National School. There will be lots of small, local producers represente­d. The Drumanilra Farm Kitchen in Boyle will have their own stand offering sausage tasting, cheese tasting and more. 3 SHAUN PURCELL: SONGS AND STORIES An epic story of Ireland’s past woven round the struggles of the pacifist Donal, rebel Dan, fiery Sinead, lecherous Landlord and the feisty Mrs. Brady. 4 NEIL DELAMERE: HANDSTAND Following sold out shows last year, Neil Delamere the master of mirth is back with his own unique brand of his irreverent humour. 2016 was another busy year for the perenniall­y popular star of the Blame Game, which celebrates its 10th birthday on TV this year. 5 ALEXANDRA HOPF: THE NIGHT Alexandra Hopf is a Berlin based artist working across video, painting and sculpture, with a research interest in individual memory, psychoanal­ysis, and the constructi­on of art history. Artist Talk with Alexandra Hopf takes place this Wednesday the 1st March at 2pm in the Model, Admission is free, Alexandra Hopf will invite you to look at her work as part of her residency at The Model and will lead a discussion on her exhibition The Night. 7 MY AUNT BEE Seamus O’Rourke teams up with two time All Ireland winning actress Eileen Ward for this wonderful warm hearted comedy about family, friendship and fidelity.

8 WHAT IT’S LIKE TO BE A BAT S6 is a production and mentor program funded by the Rabbit’s Riot Theatre Company. Throughout the duration of the program, the aim is to give Performing Art students in IT Sligo the opportunit­y to run a production from start to finish. 9 PERENNIAL HALT A five piece band from Sligo will play the Strand Bar this Friday the 3rd of March from 10.00pm. Having joined together over a year ago, they play a wide range of music from the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Guns N Roses. Conor Mahon- Guitar/ Vocals, Alex Kennedy- Bass, Sandie Ellis- Vocals and James Coggins on Guitar, they are not to be missed. On the night they will also be joined by singer Aoife Grennan.

10 IN BLOOM In Bloom are not to be missed and you can catch them this Friday the 3rd of March in Sligos live music venue, Fifth on Teeling! In Bloom are a Nirvana tribute band from Sligo with roaring guitars, melodic bass, thundering drums and angst ridden vocals!
