SOCIAL NIGHT

Please mark your calendars for a supper and social night that will take place on St Patrick’s Night, March 17, in the Mountain Inn, Coolaney. All funds raised are in aid of Rathbarron Church, Coolaney. More details to follow over the coming weeks. Everybody welcome.

LOTTO DRAW RESULTS

The lotto draw took place in Cullen’s Bar on Monday, February 20. The numbers drawn were 11, 16, 19 and 23. There was no winner of the € 5,900 jackpot. Congratulations to our four luckydip winners Donna Taaffe, Roisin Walsh, Kieran Taheny and Sarah Hennigan, who each win € 30. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets and continues to support the club. As there was no winner this week, the jackpot rolls over to € 6,000. The next draw will take place in the Owenmore Inn Monday, March 6.

HAPPY 90TH

Congratulations to Mrs Mary Mahon, Cloonacurra, who celebrated her 90th Birthday with a special mass in Ballinacarrow, followed by a party with family and friends. She is wished many more years of health and happiness.

COACHING

Owenmore Gaels commence coaching for four- to six- yearolds ( those born in 2011/ 2012) on Thursday, March 9, at the Teeling Centre, Collooney, from 6 p. m. to 7 p. m. This is a fun coaching programme with an introduction to GAA through fundamental movement and basic skill development.
