JUNIOR IRISH MUSIC SESSION

A Junior Irish Music Session will take place in Paddy’s Bar, Geevagh, on Sunday, March 12, from 4 p. m. to 5.30 p. m.

TRÓCAIRE

This Lent, Trócaire is asking people to remember those in the developing world who are living in poverty. Each Monday in Lent, Deacon Damien Kearns will share his experience of visiting Honduras with Trócaire. These reflections will be posted weekly on elphindiocese. ie.

Lenten Scripture Sharing Groups meeting weekly in the Library, St Anne’s Church, Cranmore, Sligo, on Mondays at 8 p. m. and in Gillooly Hall on Tuesdays at 8 p. m. Newcomers are welcome. PILGRIM STATUE OF OUR LADY OF FATIMA

In celebrating the 100th anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima, a pilgrim statue will be brought to Sligo on Saturday, March 18, arriving at 6 p. m. to Sligo Cathedral with Mass at 7.30 p. m. The church will remain open till midnight and the occasion ends after midday Mass on Sunday, March 19.
