The club is planning on running a six- week nursery for children aged between 4 and six years old ( born in 2011/ 2012). which started on Thursday, March 9, and continues each week from 6 p. m. to 7 p. m. in the Teeling Centre. Fun programme and an introduction to GAA with fundemental movement and basic skill development. All welcome If parents would be interested in getting involved please contact Jason at 086 1034731. Plans for our new stand are complete and displayed in clubhouse. We are now in the planning permission stage. Anybody willing to join the fundraising drive with € 20 per month for one year please contact Niall 087 7609420.

The lotto draw took place in the Owenmore Inn on Monday, March 6. The numbers drawn were 12, 13, 23 and 31. There was no winner of the € 6,000 jackpot. Congratulations to our ‘ Match 3’ winners Kathleen Kane and Ultan Doherty, who each win € 50. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets and continues to support the club. As there was no winner this week, the jackpot rolls over to € 6,100. The next draw was schedules to take place in Connolly’s Bar last night, Monday, March 20. Results to follow.

North West Simon Community wish to sincerely thank all who donated recently to the annual church gate collection in Collooney and Ballinacarrow. The amounts realised were € 96.77 in Collooney and € 124.24 in Ballincarrow for the local homeless charity, this could not be possible without the help of the volunteers who took up the collection.
