LITTLE BUDDIES AGM

Existing and future parents are invited to Little Buddies annual general meeting which will take place in Little Buddies Creche, Chapel Gardens, Riverstown at 8 p. m. on Monday, March 20. Refreshments will be served.

GROWING HERBS

Riverstown Mothers’ Union invite all ladies to a night with Ellie Spellman from Trimlawn Farm Herbs giving a demonstration and talk about Kitchen herbs/ growing herbs and also world spices in Cooper Memorial Hall, Riverstown on Thursday, March 23, at 8 p. m. Refreshments afterwards.

TAUNAGH NS BOOK FEST

Taunagh National School, Riverstown will be holding its free Book Fest 2017 on Saturday, March 25, from 3 p. m. to 6 p. m. This will include a free Workshop with author Alan Nolan, from 4 p. m. to 5 p. m., suitable for preschool and primary school children. There will also be a Book Fair with children’s books for sale. Tea and coffee served.

SOOEY NS ENROLMENT

Parents and children wishing to enrol in Sooey National School for September 2017 are invited to visit the school on Friday, March 31, from 2.15 p. m. to 3 p. m. This will give the children an opportunity to meet their fellow pupils and the teachers in the school. EASTER EGG HUNT

There will be an Easter Egg Treasure Trail at the Sligo Folk Park on Tuesday, April 11, at midday, booking is essential. This can be done by emailing folkparksligo@ gmail. com Price € 5 per person.
