A glittering array of new medals for the Glasshouse

The talented culinary team at the glasshouse recently came back from catex 2017 with a glittering array of medals. head chef alan fitzmaurice and his team scooped 8 awards in total. these included: Alan Fitzmaurice ( Gold Medal For National Hand Crafted Chocolate and Certificate Of Merit For Grand Piece Decoration); Daragh Conlon ( Silver Medal For Irish Senior Lamb); Enda Charters ( Bronze Medal For Classical Contemporary Style Dish, Bronze Medal For Mystery Basket Competition and Certificate Of Merit For Handmade Selection Of Macaroons); Patrice Archer ( Bronze Medal For Irish National Fish Competition and Certificate Of Merit For Silverhill Duck Competition). The team are pictured with their awards on their return to Sligo, they are back at base now treating Glasshouse customers to their award winning creations.
