Donated¤ 100 toTidyTowns

A 27- year- old Tubbercurry resident has been given the benefit of the Probation Act on his first drugs charge.

Ryan Murden of Mountain View, Tubbercurry, pleaded guilty to the unlawful possession of drugs at his home last July 13th.

Judge Kilrane applied the Probation Act after Murden offered a ¤ 100 donation to charity, which was given to Tubbercurry Tidy Towns.
