Tubber Catherine native passes away in the United States

Catherine Lauretta Dowd ( nee Bradley) age 89, of ocean Grove, formerly of West Orange, New Jersey, passed away on February 15, 2017 at Manor By The Sea Nursing home.

Catherine was born in Tubbercurry Co Sligo. She was beloved wife of Thomas Raymond Dowd. Devoted mother of Michael, Eugene, Mary, Rita, John and Adrienne. Loving Sister of Joan, Ethna, Bernadette, Joseph, Michael, Bob, John, and the late Mary, Bea, Kevin and Pat.

She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Danny, Katie, Michael, Brendan, Melissa, Nicholas, Coleen, Ashley, Sarah, and Annie. Great daughter Isabelle.
