ONE DAY EVENT

A day of Mindfulness will take place on Saturday, April 1, from 10.30 till 3.30 in Galilee, Boyle. This day will be facilitated by Maura McGuinness, qualified mindfulness teacher. The practice of mindfulness is about being present and awake to each moment of our daily lives. This day is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.
