GAA AMIGOS SKILLS
Congratulations to Rossa, Matthew, Conor and Noah students in Rathlee National School, who won the Sligo final of the GAA Amigos skills challenge. The challenge was held in Summerhill College on Wednesday, March 15,.
The six regional finalists from schools around the county participated with four players on each team. Teams were tested on their soloing, kick passing and point scoring ability.
Rathlee emerged victorious with a total score of 44 out of 45 points across the three disciplines. The boys will receive a coaching session in the Sligo GAA Centre of Excellence as their prize.
SAFE TALK WORKSHOP
A Safe Talk Workshop will be held in the Ocean Sands Hotel on Tuesday, April 4, from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m.. All are welcome. Course is Free. Contact WSFRC at 096 37444.
