Employment Response North West

EMPLOYMENT Response North West provide a Free Recruitment and Coaching Service for Employers to help them recruit suitable Employees with disabilities or health concerns.

They are funded by the Department of Social Protection, and focusing on what People can do, they match the needs of Employers with the Abilities of People with disabilities.

This is called Job Matching, and they have been providing this Supported Employment Service for over 15 years in Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.

There are some very good incentives available through the Department – for example the Wage Subsidy Scheme can save an Employer € 10,000 per year per Employee.

Through a Team of experienced Job Coaches, Employment Response provides solutions to Employers, and only put suitable People forward for suitable positions. This leads to a “win/ win” situation, and has resulted in an average of over 70 positions being filled per year.

Supported Employment saves Employer’s time and money, as there is no need to advertise the vacancies, respond to dozens of CV’s and organise a series of interviews.

They are currently processing positions in administration, retail, security, kitchen staff and information technology.
