Libraries return to full time hours

Tubbercurry and Ballymote libraries will return to full time opening hours from today, Tuesday April 4th.

Sligo County Council has also announced that Sligo Central Library at Stephen Street will continue with its rolling closures “until such time as the recruitment of sufficient additional staff is in place.”

The new opening hours for Ballymote Community Library are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9: 30am – 5: 00pm Thursday 12noon – 7: 00pm Saturday 9: 30am to 1: 30pm

The opening hours for Tubbercurry Community Library are: Tuesday 12noon – 7: 00pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9: 30am – 5: 00pm Saturday 9: 30am to 1: 30pm

The opening hours at Sligo Central Library are:

Tuesday April 4th to Saturday April 8th, Tuesday April 18th to Saturday April 22nd, Tuesday to Friday 9: 30am – 5: 15pm.
