Drug accused remanded

A 35 year old woman charged with two drugs offences has been remanded on continuing bail to the end of July.

Jimell Henry, of Cairns Hill, appeared before the District Court last week charged with the unlawful possession of € 250 worth of the designer drug Pyrrolidinovalerophenone ( PVP) and having it for sale or supply at Supervalu car park, Ballisodare on January 16th 2015.

Her defence solictior Ms Laura Spellman made an application for Garda statements.

Judge Kevin Kilrane remanded Henry on continuing bail to July 27th.
