LAYBY CLEAN- UP

Well done to the volunteers of the Drumcliffe- Rathcormac Tidy Towns Group on carrying out a much needed clean- up of the N16 Glencar Scenic Lay- By.

FAMILY QUIZ

The Drumcliffe- Rosses Point GAA Club’s family table quiz will take place this Sunday, April 9, in Rathcormac Hall. This is a brilliant event where kids and their parents get to combine their knowledge and battle it out with other families. For more details see drp. gaa. ie.

CARNEY LISSADELL 10K

This year’s Carney Lissadell 10k event takes place on Easter Monday, April 17, Online entries are now open for the 10k run and the 10k walk on runireland. com and Oxfield. ie. Entry costs € 15 online or € 18 on the day. There will also be free kids fun runs for all ages. This year’s event promises to be a hugely enjoyable one for the whole family. And remember, there’s no better way to work off those Easter Eggs.

ANÚNA CONCERT

Some tickets are still available for the forthcoming Anúna concert which will take place in the splendid surroundings of St Columba’s Church in Drumcliffe on Friday, May 5, starting at 8 p. m. This promises to be a special night. See coscos. ie for more details.
