SOCIAL DANCE CLASS

Social dance classes now take place on Wednesday evenings in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre. Everyone is asked to note the change of evening for these classes.

The April Social Dance night will take place on Saturday, April 29, in the Community Centre with music supplied by Stuart Moyles.

SCHOOL MUSICAL

St Mary’s Secondary School Ballisodare will present their Musical Show ‘ Oliver’ in the Community Centre Skreen on April 7 and eight 2017 starting at 8 p. m. each evening. Admission – Adults € 10 and Students and under- 12s € 8. To book contact 071 9167579.

GIRL GUIDE QUIZ

The local Tireragh Girl Guide Group are holding their annual table quiz on Good Friday, April 14, starting at 8.45 p. m. in the Skreen/ Dromard Community Centre. Table of four costs € 20. Please come along and support.

BELTRA COUNTRY MARKET

The next workshop day at Beltra Country Market will take place on Saturday, April 8, in Beltra Hall and Grounds from 10 a. m. to midday. Two workshops will run on this day – Baking with Patricia and Shirley and Easter Card making with Stephanie and Mari. Everyone welcome.

COMMUNITY COUNCIL

The April meeting of the Community Council will take place on Tuesday, April 11, in the Community Centre, Skreen. All delegates are reminded to please keep this date in mind and attend.

The office in the Community Centre is open to the general public providing services such as typing photocopying emailing CV preparation and more for a reasonable fee. The office is open from Monday to Friday – just call in or give Anne Marie a call at 087 6649635 to book an appointment.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit Training Classes continue in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre every Monday and Thursday evening from 8.30 p. m. to 9.30 p. m. All fitness levels are welcome.

CHURCH GATE COLLECTION

Everyone, who supported the recently held Church Gate Collection for the Irish Handicapped Pilgrimage Trust is sincerely thanked for the € 394 raised for the Trust.
