DRAMA FINALS

The draw for plays, and the night they will be performed in the all- Ireland Drama Finals will take place on the afternoon of Saturday, April 8.

The programme will be posted on westerndra­mafestivl. com and Facebook later that evening. With just a few Drama Festivals still running, the programme of plays for the Finals is beginning to emerge. Of the top seven groups in the adci. ie ( Confined) league table who are almost certain to qualify, five are new to Tubbercurr­y. This will ensure a very interestin­g festival.

Booking for individual nights is available from the Hawks Well Theatre Sligo 071 9161518. The festival opens in St Brigid’s Hall Theatre on Friday, April 21, and continues nightly to Saturday the 29th nightly at 8 p. m. except on closing night when curtain up will be 7 p. m.

COMHALTAS SESSION

The monthly Comhaltas session will take place in Nathy Brennan’s on Friday night, April 7. Junior session starts at 9 p. m. and senior session at 10, 00 p. m. All musicians very welcome.

ST ATTRACTA’S CS

Come along and learn how to create your own herb garden and identify useful wild herbs on Tuesday, April 4, from seven to 8.30 p. m. Cost € 12/ person.
