COMMUNITY COUNCIL

The April meeting of the Community Council will take place this evening Tuesday, April 11, in the Community Centre, Skreen. All delegates are reminded to please keep this date in mind and attend.

GIRL GUIDE QUIZ

The local Tireragh Girl Guide Group are holding their annual table quiz on Good Friday, April 14, starting at 8.45 p. m. in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre. Table of four costs € 20. Please come along and support.

BELTRA COUNTRY MARKET

Beltra Country Market will host a Flower Arranging Workshop with Francis Murray on Saturday, April 15, from 10 a. m. to midday in Beltra Hall and Grounds. Everyone welcome.

SOCIAL DANCE CLASS

Social dance classes now take place on Wednesday evenings in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre. Everyone is asked to note the change of evening for these classes.

SOCIAL DANCE NIGHT

The April Social Dance night will take place on Saturday, April 29, in the Community Centre with music supplied by Stuart Moyles.

COMMUNITY CENTRE

The office in the Community Centre is open to the general public providing services such as typing photocopying emailing CV preparation and more for a reasonable fee. The office is open from Monday to Friday – just call in or give Anne Marie a call at 087 6649635 to book an appointment.

TÚS SCHEME

Skreen- Dromard Community Council are currently seeking a TÚS worker to carry out maintenance and repair work in various locations in the community area. If you are in receipt of a Job Seekers Allowance you may qualify for the scheme. Anyone interested in this position should ring Anne Marie at 087 6649635 for further details.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit Training Classes continue in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre every Monday and Thursday evening from 8.30 p. m. to 9.30 p. m. All fitness levels are welcome.
