COFFEE/ TEA/ CAKE SALE

Ballinacar­row Church Refurbishm­ent Committee will host a coffee/ tea and cake sale after mass on Easter Sunday in Ballinacar­row Community Centre. Everybody welcome and all support appreciate­d. Come in for a cup of tea and a chat or purchase that cake for after the Easter Dinner.

LITTER PICKS

Ballinacar­row Developmen­t will hold their annual Litter Pick on Good Friday. All volunteers are asked to meet at Ballinacar­row Community Centre at midday where bags and gloves will be provided.

The Rathnarrow/ Ranaghan/ Rathmore annual litter pick will take place on Easter Monday. All volunteers are asked to contact Joan at 087 2533477 for bags and gloves.

OWENMORE GAELS

There was no winner of the Owenmore Gaels jackpot. Congratula­tions to the Michael Mannion, Aoife Collis, Margaret Kerins and Vivian Gallagher, who each win € 30. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets and continues to support the club. As there was no winner this week, the jackpot rolls over to € 6,300. The next draw will take place in the Owenmore Inn on Monday, April 17.

Owenmore Gaels are holding an Easter Camp on Wednesday, April 12, and Thursday, April 14, from 10 a. m. – 1.30 p. m. each day. This is free to paid up members and for all non- club members the cost is € 10 per day. This is open to children from the age of 6- 14. Children must be six on 1/ 1/ 2017, no exceptions made.

There is one week left of the Owenmore Gaels Nursery Programme. Thanks to all the coaches, especially the younger members of the club who have volunteere­d their time. Well done to all the Kids, who have taken part and we would welcome any parents with kids in this age group to become involved in the club. Coaching courses will be provided so don’t worry if you have no previous experience in football or coaching.
