BRIGHT SPARKS QUIZ
The Boyle Christmas Lights Crew invite all Businesses, community groups, Clubs and friends to join them on Good Friday, April 14, in St Joseph’s Hall in search of the Brightest Sparks in Boyle. Table of four costs € 40, and proceeds will go the Christmas Lights fund.
The crew thank you sincerely for your continued support over the years, which has enabled buy the lights, add new additions and continue to expand our array of lights – including the lighting of same over the festive period. Good Friday Night is a guaranteed night of fun and enjoyment and we appeal to all to support the event. ANGLING CLUB
Boyle annual Pike Angling Festival will be taking place on the Easter weekend, Saturday and Sunday, April 15 and 16, on Lough Key, Boyle. € 5,000 guaranteed prize fund first Prize € 2,500 plus the Moonstone Jewellers Perpetual Cup. In addition, Saturday and Sundays winners will each receive € 1,175 in prize money. Entry Fee per person – Adults € 60/ Juniors € 20 ( Junior’s must fish for junior prize and be accompanied by a fee paying adult). TAWNYTASKIN CENTRE
The annual Afternoon Tea Event will once again take place this Easter Sunday and Monday, April 16 and 17th. This year all money raised will go to purchase a defibrillator. It is the Committee’s intention to place the defibrillator outside of the building in case of emergencies. FUN WALK/ RUN
Easter Monday, April 17, why not walk off the Chocolate Eggs by participating in a 6k Fun Walk/ Run starting from Cavetown Amenity Centre at 2 p. m. with registration at 1.30 p. m. Entry € 5 per adult and children go free. Proceeds in aid of Cavetown Amenity Development. Refreshments served everybody welcome.
CHILDRENS CRAFTS
