Struck out

A man who entered his neighbour’s house and drank alcohol he found there had charges struck out. Jason Casey of The Blennicks, Rosses Point admitted drinking alcohol worth € 40 and causing damage amounting to € 200 at Virginia Lodge on October 12th 2015. He had € 240 in court said his solicitor Mr Mark Mullaney who said Casey was a decent man when sober.
