Suspicions around fire at vacant Cliffoney house
GARDAI in Grange have launched an investigation into a suspected case of arson at a house near Cliffoney.
The fire was reported at 11am last Wednesday April 26th at the house which was vacant at the time. Fire tenders and the emergency services attended the scene. It’s understood the large four- bed detached house was destined to be occupied by a family on the Sligo County Council housing list.
It’s believed that significant damage has been done to the interior of the house.
