Enniscrone man had cannabis in Sligo estate

MEN with addresses in Enniscrone admitted charges of possessing cannabis in a Sligo estate when thety appeared at the local District Court.

Bradley Duffy, 44 Woodlands, Enniscrone and Dylan O’Donnell 5 Waterville, Enniscrone admitted having € 25 worth of the drug at Glencarraig, Ballinode on October 13th last.

The men did not have any previous convictions and Judge Kevin Kilrane said it was his policy to give such defendants who are first time offenders, who have a small quantity of the drug for their own use, a chance.

The charges were struck out against both defendants who represented themselves in court.

Both men are aged 19.
