Cllr Seamus Kilgannon has asked to have the speed limit extended to 60kph along the Woodville Road going towards Knocknarea. “It would make it safer, a lot of people use it out walking,” he said. Council engineer Brian O’Flynn said the speed limit could be reviewed during the next countywide review of speed limits.
