ACTING FOR ADULTS WITH JEAN- MARIE PERINETTI
A new six week acting course with Parisian and artistic director of Sligo Youth Theatre, Jean Marie Perinetti starts at the Hawk’s Well on Monday evening 8th of May from 7 to 8.30pm and runs for 6 weeks finishing on Monday 19th of June. ( There is no class on Monday 5th of June). This acting course gives adults of all ages a chance to explore and develop their acting skills and is suitable for people with little or no acting experience. Early booking advised. LIGHTING YOUR STAGE PRODUCTION
The Hawk’s Well Theatre is running a ‘ Lighting course’ for six weeks from Tuesday 16th of May to Tuesday 20th of June from 7 to 9pm. Learn the practical skills required to light your production in this hands- on course. With over 30 years’ experience, Nick McCall will guide participants through the practical techniques required to light a production. The course costs € 75 for and can be booked through the Hawk’s Well box office on 071 9161518.
HAVIN A LAUGH ADVENTURE FESTIVAL- THRILL TO CHILL
The Annual Rennafix Flagship Event consists of three days of adventure in Sligo. Take in the great outdoors, live music, entertainment, health food, camping and more. Rennafix Group in Sligo have created the Havin’ a Laugh Festival to promote well- being and positive mental health in Sligo. Running from the 26- 28 of May.
