Bealtaine Festival celebrating ageing

Age and Opportunity is delighted to announce an exciting line- up of Sligo- based events which will take place during the month of May as part of Bealtaine 2017, Ireland’s annual festival of creativity as we age. Now in its 22nd year, Bealtaine continues to be embraced by the Sligo community with many arts and cultural events. Pathway is a collaborative art project between residents of Nazareth Care Village, Church Hill, and artists Catherine Fanning and Brigitta Varadi. On May 26th 2- 4pm, the final project piece a 2 sculptural ceramic artworks made for the grounds of the Care Village – are exhibited.
