‘ Farmestival event’ promotes agriculture and local businesses
Bank of Ireland in Conjunction with Sligo leader held a ‘ Farmestival Event’ at the Aurivo Mart in Ballymote Co Sligo
The event featured expert speakers from the agricultural sector and a special marquee outside the Mart where local businesses showcased their businesses, goods and services.
There was plenty of family- friendly activities, including live music, a magician for the children. There was also a pig on a spit, scanning of cows, moo call and herdwatch in the Mart too.
Tara Rodgers from Bank of Ireland said; “There was a fantastic turn- out from across the community and Bank of Ireland is delighted that there was such great support for Farmestival. We are looking forward to hosting similar events in the future.”
