HEALTH AND AWARENESS COURSE

A Health and Safety Course is scheduled to take place in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre on June 15 and 16 from 9.30 a. m. to 3.30 p. m. each day. The aim of the course is to raise health and safety awareness of employees. If you are intrested call Anne Marie at 087 6649635 for more details. Places are limited so early application is advised.

MAY SOCIAL DANCE AND CLASS NIGHTS.

The May Social Dance night will take place on Saturday, May 27, in the Community Centre with music supplied by Dermott McConnell. Social dance classes take place on Wednesday evenings from 8 p. m. to 10 p. m. in the Skreen- Dromard Community Centre. All welcome to come along and learn to Jive, Foxtrot Quickstep and Waltz. Sunday, May 21, Local Area Athletic Games take place at the Community Centre Skreen at 1.30 p. m. Volunteer helpers on the day would be greatly appreciated. Saturday, June 3, County Art and Clay Modelling in Ballymote NS for those who have qualified from the local competition.

Wednesday, June 22, County Cycling in Tubbercurry for those who have qualified from the local competition.

Saturday, June 24, and Sunday, June 25: County Athletics Finals for those who have qualified from the local competition.

Congratulations to Eira McCann, Aughris, and Barry Sullivan, Carraroe, on the birth of their baby girl, who was born on October 23, 2016, and Baptised on April 30 in St Adamnan’s Church, Skreen.

BELTRA COUNTRY MARKET.

Beltra Country Market takes place every Saturday in Beltra Hall and Grounds from 10 a. m. to midday. Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the market.
