Rovers conclude investigation after explicit video is leaked

SLIGO Rovers is understood to have concluded its investigation after an explicit video involving two players circulated on social media.

It’s understood that Tobi Adebayo- Rowling ( pictured) has been hit with the maximum fine in wages and warned of his future conduct and responsibilities at the club, while striker Matthew Stevens has returned to his club Peterborough United following his loan spell.

Adebayo- Rowling sat out Friday’s 1- 1 draw with St. Patrick’s Athletic at Richmond Park, Dublin while Stevens had already departed the club at that stage.

Rovers will not be making any comment on the incident, but are said to be extremely disappointed and have taken strong action as a result.
