Congratula­tions to the U13 rounders team who won the county finals after beating Riverstown and Rosses Point after two very exciting matches. The team will represent Sligo in the Connacht round of the competitio­n and will also take part in the Feile competitio­n. The more bags of clothes the more money raised towards the costs involved of the teams travelling.

Westside Macra will hold tag rugby on the astroturf at Waterpoint, Enniscrone on Wednesday evening from 8 p. m. to 9 p. m., mix of men and women, all welcome.

TIDY TOWNS

The Gardening Team for Dromore West Tidy Towns will be meeting on Tuesday evenings at 7 p. m. at the Community Centre to carry out various works in the village. The National Tidy Towns competitio­n is kicking off in June.

HEALTH/ SAFETY COURSE

A QQIL3 Health and Safety Awareness course is scheduled for June 15 and 16 in Skreen- Dromard Community centre from 9.30 a. m. to 3.30 p. m. STREET FEAST

A Street Feast will be held in Easkey village on Sunday, June 11. Thousands will take part in this national day of street parties and community celebratio­ns all over the country.

LOTTO

There was no winner of the jackpot in the Easkey lotto draw on May 26. Numbers drawn were 14, 19, 21 and 37. Winners of € 25 were Amanda Browne, Rosalie Mitchell, Mary Hanley, Padraic Walshe and Sharon Woods. Promoters prize Tony Jones. Next jackpot € 4,300 and the draw will take place at the bingo in the Community Centre at 8.30 on Friday night. The lotto now is available online.
