EXERCISE CAUTION

Work has now commenced on the provision of a new all weather sports facility, in addition to extensive building works already under way in the area.

All users of the Merville Community Centre and Dreamchase­rs Childcare Service are advised to exercise extreme caution on entry and exit of the Merville centre car park during extensive building works currently under way in the area. Thanking all for your co- operation.

COMMUNITY CHILDCARE

Dreamchase­rs Childcare Service at Merville provide a Community Based School Age Childcare ( SAC) service. Daily Collection­s ( A Walking Bus) from Scoil Ursula and Gael Scoil are provided.

Our SAC service run from 1.30 p. m. till 5 p. m./ 2.305.30 p. m., Monday to Friday. Hot meals are provided each day for all children. We run a supervised homework room daily.

Various activities are carried out daily such as art and crafts, sports and both indoor and outdoor play. Fees run in line with the NCIP CCS and TECS Scheme; detailed informatio­n available on request. Places are limited, early booking is advisable. EXTRA SPACES AVAILABLE

The Merville Centre have some new extra weekday evening slots available in the main hall available for hire by local groups and activity classes fire hire in 2017. Full details available on request. Meeting rooms are also available for hire at excellent rates.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

CENTRE ACTIVITIES

PENDANT ALARMS

Merville Centre facilitate on behalf of our community the provision to eligible persons of social monitored pendant alarms, under the Seniors Alert Scheme that is administer­ed by POBAL. Equipment funding is available for eligible persons over 65 years for the installati­on of an monitored alarm on a landline in the persons home.
