Macra na Feirme President welcomes new
MACRA na Feirme President James Healy has congratulated Fine Gael leader Leo Varadkar on his appointment as Taoiseach and would like to wish him well in his role as the new leader of our country.
He said, ‘ The new Taoiseach visited our Macra na Feirme tent at last year’s Ploughing Championships, where we discussed the important work Macra na Feirme does for our rural youth in Ireland and also in rep- resenting young farmer’s views in Europe.’
James Healy concluded, ‘ Macra na Feirme looks forward to working with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar for the betterment of our young farmers and the rural youth of Ireland.’
