Shouting into phone

A 32- year- old man who was “out roaring his head off at 3.30 in the morning with a young family at home” was told he wasn’t a youngster anymore by Judge Kilrane. Colm Gallagher ( 33) of Dun Na Rí, Ballintogher had a public order summons adjourned to allow him pay € 300 to a charity. The father of three was seen shouting into his phone at The Mall and became aggressive and shouted at Gardaí who asked him to step onto the footpath. Laura Spellman, solicitor pleaded that Gallagher drank more than normal.
