Stole alcohol

At Sligo District Court, Martin Sweeney (41) of Crozon Park admitted the theft of €18 worth of alcohol from Tesco on June 17th and had his case adjourned to October 26th to pay a € 300 fine. Mr Mark Mullaney, solicitor (defending) pleaded the items were returned and the defendant was drunk at the time.
