Repairs to Lissadell Park

LISSADELL Park estate in Carney won’t be t aken in charge until out standing repairs are carried out.

RESIDENTS submitted a plebiscite to the Council l ast March asking for their estate to be t aken in charge.

CLLR Rosaleen O’Grady sought an update and was told the Taking in Charge process will begin once repairs are carried out to watermains, roads and footpaths.

THE repairs will be carried out using the bond which has already been drawn down.

“I welcome that and hopefully all will come to a conclusion by the end of 2017,” said Cllr O’Grady.
