WALKING THE ABBEY LOOP

A group from North Sligo (mixed ability) are walking the Abbey Loop, Dromahair on Wednesday, July 12, assembling at the Riverbank/The clubhouse at 10.20 a.m., and they would love you to join them on the walk. There will be tea or coffee and scone (€4) in the clubhouse afterwards. Contact 086 8039065.

DROMAHAIR LIBRARY

SUMMER STARS is up and running again. Dromahair library welcomes all children to participate in the SUMMER STARS programme. Free to join. Library Open Tuesday 12.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday 2.30 p.m. 8 p.m. (Closed – mini break both days 4 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.)

MISSION

The Redemptorist Mission will take place in Dromahair from September 9 to September 17.

TIDY TOWNS

Everyone has a role to play to keep the village looking at its best. We have our litter patrols out every day and most people are great so here’s hoping for a huge Team Dromahair effort for 2017, keeping our lovely village clean and tidy especially for all our visitors, is feidir linn.

MASS IN GRAVEYARDS

The blessing of Graves in Newtownmanor Cemetery and Carrickatemple Cemetery will take place on Sunday, August 6, beginning with Mass in Newtownmanor Church at 5.30 p.m.

THE DEPOT

The Depot Office is now open Monday to Friday morning from 9.45 a.m. to 1 p.m. We offer a full range of office services. Photocopying, typing, printing, laminating and internet access. All services available at very reasonable rates.

Want to book the Depot for a class or function? Take the hassle out of birthday parties by holding it in the Depot, lots of tables and chairs and kitchen facilities.
