ATHLETICS FUNDRAISER
Tireragh AC, Skreen are holding their annual club fundraiser on Friday, July 14. Registration is from 6 p.m. in the Community Centre with the walk/run starting at 7.30 p.m. Prizes for overall first, second, third Male and Female, multiple age category prizes. BEACH CLEAN-UP
TARA are a local voluntary group set up in the Aughris/ Templeboy area, TARA stands for Templeboy Aughris Rural Action. The group will hold a beach clean-up on Trawee and Aughris Pier, Beach Bar on Monday evening, July, 17 at 6.30 p.m. Meeting points at Trawee and Beach Bar. Light refreshments afterwards with TARA. SOCCER CAMP
A Soccer Camp will be held in Skreen-Dromard Community Centre from Monday, July17 – Thursday, July 20, for boys and girls aged five to 17 years from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Cost €55. FUN QUIZ NIGHT
Leap Easkey will be holding a fun quiz night in the Harbour Bar, Pullaheeney on Friday, July 14, at 9 p.m. All money raised will go towards Tidy Towns’ expenses.
FUNDRAISING EVENT
There will be a fundraising event in aid of West Sligo Family Resource Centre in the Ocean Sands Hotel on Sunday, July 23. There will be music and refreshments served on the night. To continue to provide services at lo- cal level your support is needed. Admission is €10. The WSFRS is located at Castlepark House, Pier Road, Enniscrone.
SUMMER CAMP
A youth summer Camp will be held from Tuesday, July 25, to Thursday, July 27, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Open to all children between 10 and 17 years. Venue is the FRC in Enniscrone and there will be arts, crafts, games, crazy golf and swimming. Camp is free. To register contact Aimee Flynn at 086 2316303.
WATER SAFETY COURSE
The annual IWS Water Safety Course will be held daily at Aughris Pier from Sunday, July 23, to Friday, July 28. Enrolment will take place on Friday, July 21, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Aughris Pier. For further information contact Sligowsac@gmail.com.

There was no winner of the jackpot in the Easkey lotto draw on June 30. Numbers drawn were 3, 17, 27 and 33. Winners of €25 were Shane Kilrehill, Martin Cawley, Rita, Maureen, Lorraine, Helena Boland Rosalie Mitchell, Promoters prize Willie Brady. Next jackpot €4,700 and the draw will take place at the bingo in the Community Centre at 8.30 on Friday night. The lotto now is available online.
