NACE O’DOWD PARK

Works continue at Nace O’Dowd Park this past week with the installati­on of the new walking/ running track and the new steel spectator fence. A new all weather sand training area will soon be installed. The new modern playing pitch is looking splendid, nearing completion and will soon be ready for use once again. Thanks to all the park users for your continued patience during the period of constructi­on.

SLIGO LADIES

Well done to the Sligo ladies’ team on winning the Connacht Intermedia­te title recently. The local St Nathy’s club were represente­d by Denise McGrath, Mary Ann O’Kennedy, Noelle Gormley, Áine Gormley, Etna Flanagan, Ciara Gormanand Ann Marie Coleman.

25 CARD GAME

The local 25 card game continues every Friday in St Nathy’s Hall at 9 p.m.

DANCING IN ST NATHY’S HALL

Set dancing is on every Thursday at 8.30 p.m. and social dancing every Monday at 8 p.m. for beginners and 9 p.m. for all others.
