CLOONACOOL COMMUNITY PARK DRAW

The Cloonacool Community Park draw for June took place in Brennan’s on Saturday night. Congratulations to Anne Wynne, who won €200, Tom McGowan won €100, and €50 each went to paddy O’Hara and the Brennan family Cloonacool. Consolation prizes went to Christina Johnson, Mary McTiernan, the Carty family Ballyglass and Seán and Mary K Johnston. Many thanks for your continued support.

ADVENTURE CAMP

Ox Mountain Adventure Camp are again running two summer camps, July 18 to July 21 and 25 to July 28, 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. each day, €60 per child per week, limited places. email – oxmountaincamp@gmail.com or 071 9181920.

SLIGO ROSE

Thank you to all for supporting the Cloonacool evening in honour of the Sligo Rose, Lisa Maloney and her Rosebud Clodagh Gavigan. It was a fantastic event and over €1,300 was raised for Lisa’s campaign. If anyone is interested in a DVD (€10 each) of the evening please contact Regina, Anne, Karen or Bríd.

CARD GAME

The Cloonacool Card Game takes place at 9 p.m. each Monday evening in Cloonacool Community Centre.

CLOONACOOL MUSIC CLUB

Takes place on Thursday at Brennan’s Bar from 10 p.m. Come along for a great night of music and singing. There will be a bus available to collect and leave home on Thursday nights for music club. Pick up between 9.30 and 10 p.m., and then leaving Cloonacool after the food. Please ring 071 9185037 for further information and to book your seat. There will be a minimal charge for the bus.
