Bungalows to be knocked at hospital

COUNTY planners have green lit plans to demolish two houses on the grounds of Kingsbridge Private Hospital, formerly known as Garden Hill.

One of the houses is owned by Knightsbridge’s 3fivetwo Group. The other house is owned by Thomas and Anne Connell. The Connell’s gave their written consent to Kingsbridge to demolish their bungalow.

Sligo County Council Roads Department said the demolition of the two properties would not affect traffic along the N4 adjoining the site.

The bungalows are just to the right of the driveway into the private hospital, off Ray MacSharry Road on the Inner Relief Road.
