Dunleavy on form at Rock’n’Roll marathon

THE Affidea Rock’n’Roll Half Marathon, incorporating the Athletics Ireland National Championships, attracted 6,530 participants in Dublin. Sligo’s Emmett Dunleavy ran a superb race finishing in a time of 1:08:35 resulting in a great PB and 4th position overall. There was a Sligo AC father combination also. Fintan Whelan ran a good 1:27:32 while Enda Whelan finished 2nd in his category in a strong 1:38:36.
