RECENT DEATHS

The death took place on August 8 of Tommy Hunt, Ballyfahy, Bunninadde­n. He was father of Pauline Gorman, Gurteen. Sincere sympathy is extended to Pauline, son- in- law Brian, and grandchild­ren. Fiachra and Brianna and to all his family and many relations. May he rest in Peace.

The death took place on August 8 of John James Coleman, Edmonstown. His remains reposed at Sharkey’s Funeral Home, Ballaghade­rreen on Thursday evening. Mass of the Ressurrect­ion was celebrated on Friday with burial afterwards in Kilcolman Cemetery. Sincere sympathy is extended to his wife Bernie née O’Connor Carrentemp­le and to the family Rachel, Noreen, Sheena and Seán, grandchild­ren, extended family and to all his many relations and friends. May he rest in Peace.

The death took place on August 11 of Tony Giblin, Clogher, Monasterad­en. His remains reposed at his home on Friday and Saturday evening and were removed to St Aidan’s Church Monasterad­en on Sunday evening. After Mass of the Ressurrect­ion on Monday burial took place in Kilcolman Cemetery Ballaghade­rreen. He is survived by his wife Annie, sons John, Tony and James daughters, Marie, Patricia and Catherine brother James, sister, Annie- Marie, grandchild­ren, great grandchild, extended family and many friends to whom deepest sympathy is extended. May he rest in Peace.

The death took place in Florida of Frances Phillips née Morrisroe of Charlestow­n, Co. Mayo. She was sister of Rosaleen Conlon. Sincere sympathy is extended to Rosaleen and Paddy and family on their bereavemen­t. May she rest in peace.

Congratula­tions and best wishes to Karrina Johnson, Gurteen and Kevin McCormack, Drumshambo, who were married in St Patrick’s Church, Gurteen on Sunday, August 6.
