IRC win one year’s use of boardroom facilities at An Chroi

As part of Old Fair Day Celebratio­ns in Tubbercurr­y, An Chroi – South Sligo Enterprise Centre – ran a competitio­n for local businesses and entreprene­urs, to win one year’s use of boardroom and training room facilities.

Local businesses simply had to drop their business cards to the stand on the day.

The Sligo Rose 2017 – Lisa Maloney drew the winner – IRC ‘ Interest Rate Check’ Ireland a recently launched local company that analyses mortgages for overchargi­ng, owned by Cait O Beirne and Brian Coleman.

Ms O Beirne was thrilled on hearing the news “Well, thank you very much! Didn’t expect this at all” she said.

Louise Kilbane, Chairperso­n of An Chroi also said “This is what An Chroi is about, supporting local business to create new employment in the area and attract more people to South Sligo”

An Chroi – South Sligo Enterprise Centre opened in Tubbercurr­y in 2016, providing 7000 sq. ft. of modern enterprise space, including office space, hot desks, training room facilities and a state of the art boardroom.
