TV DRAGON GAVIN DUFFY FOR SLIGO BUSINESS AWARDS 2017
THE 5TH ANNUAL SLIGO BUSINESS AWARDS WAS LAUNCHED LAST WEEK
HUGELY successful entrepreneur and TV Dragon Gavin Duffy will be the guest of honour at the Sligo Business Awards in October.
The prestigious event now in its 5th year is one of the most hotly anticipated evenings on the social calendar.
Nominations are now open for the awards following the official launch held in the Glasshouse Hotel last Thursday morning.
The awards run by The Sligo Champion and Sligo Leader are open to all businesses with more categories than ever announced for 2017.
TV personality Gavin Duffy told The Sligo Champion: “With the economic recovery now in flow I am delighted to be a part of this high profile and hugely successful event. In addition to discovering which businesses will claim the coveted awards I am looking forward to an entertaining evening with the Sligo businesses.”
The Sligo Park Hotel will host the awards on Friday, 6th October when up to five hundred people are expected to gather together to celebrate all that is good about business in Sligo.

First established in 2013 the competition has grown year on year gaining momentum.
