Colmcille Drive green

THE County Council has agreed to maintain the green areas in the Colmcille Drive estate, Rosses Point.

Cllr Declan Bree’s motion asked them to ensure the area was adequately maintained.

“Many of the residents are now elderly. They are now requesting the Council to help with the upkeep of the green areas” said Cllr Bree.

The Council has been in contact with the community of Council tenants and will work to improve and maintain the area.
