25 CARD GAME

The progressive 25 card game commences in Carraroe Community Centre tonight Tuesday, September 12, at 9 p.m. We are looking forward to meeting all our regular players and hopefully some new people. Bring a partner but we can facilitate partners if necessary – Please pass the word around

FUNDRAISING DANCE

A fundraising dance will take place in Carraroe Community Centre on Saturday, September 23, at 9.30 p.m., dancing to Trevor Moyles. This year we are supporting the Alzheimer Day Centre Aughamore Carraroe. DANCE CLASS

Dance class followed by live band every Wednesday night in Carraroe Community Centre Sligo from 8.30 p.m. to late. Learn to Jive, Waltz, Quick Step and more. Beginners and Improvers welcome.

Tomorrow night September 13 the live band will feature Andy Ferry Band. The September 20 will feature Aidan Rooney Band and Wednesday, September 27, Billy Corcoran Band will provide the live music. IRISH DANCING

LAKEVIEW ICA. GUILD

The autumn federation meeting will be held tomorrow night at 8 p.m. in Kilmactighe hall at 8 p.m., it is hosted by Aclare guild; we would ask all guilds to support this meeting.

Coolaney Guild celebrates its Golden Jubilee on Friday, September 29, at 8 p.m. in Coolaney Community Centre, it is an open night and all guilds are invited to come and celebrate with them. The winter conference will be held in the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth – more information will be available soon.

ST JOHN’S GAA CLUB

The lotto is now €11,050. Last Draw Numbers Drawn: 11, 13, 16, 20. €25 winners were Brian Kelly Carnamaddow, Donal Flynn Cornageeha, Marthona Rooney Aughamore, Joe Carlon Heather View. Next draw is on September 16 in Crozon Inn.
