Mum cuts her locks for charity

-

A Ballisodare mum of three has had her locks cut for raise funds for a charity.

Last Friday, Stacey Gorman had her hair cut at Guys & Dolls in Ballisodare and donated her locks to the Little Princess Trust.

“I would like to raise awareness for this foundation as many people are not aware that you can donate coloured hair as long as it is of natural colour.

“I am a busy 30 year old mother of three children and I am expecting baby number four in March. It was hard to get out sponsoring between being pregnant and the weather but we did our best,” said Stacey. She and her children also raised €165 for the charity which was set up in memory of Hannah Tarplee who passed away in 2005.
