Dangerous driving causing death charge remand

A 20-year-old man has been remanded on bail on a charge of dangerous driving causing death.

Patrick Flynn of Farrellmacfarrell, Dromore West is charged with dangerous driving causing the death of Sean Egan (17) at Pier Road, Enniscrone on March 19 th 2016.

The accused appeared at Sligo District Court last Thursday where he was remanded on bail to appear again at the court on November 23rd.

Time was extended to allow for the preparation of a book of evidence and the case will eventually be heard in the Circuit Court.
