SLIGO City Table Tennis Club has resumed training for the forthcomin­g 2017/18 Season. It is on Tuesdays from 8pm-10pm in the Grammar School Gym (U16s accompanie­d by Adult after 9). There are some exciting developmen­ts planned and this season will see an outreach programme launched in conjunctio­n with IT Sligo and the Sligo Sport & Recreation­al Partnershi­p. The Sligo Table Tennis League which is run by the club continues to thrive. The league which has five Divisions: Premier, First, Second, Third and Fourth caters for all ages and abilities. The Shoes and Sports Cup is scheduled for March 2018. The AGM will be held on the 17th October after training and organisers would like to see as many members as possible attending.
