TIDY TOWNS REPORT

The Tidy Towns report was published last week. In the adjudicators report for Bunninadden it says the village is far in advance of most newcomers because the committee, the volunteers and residents have done so much excellent preparatory work. The owners of street properties and the committee were complimented for improving less favourable buildings and kerbs.

Special mention was given to the Miller’s Inn for its strong colour which gives a real lift to the appearance of the street. To the church which is beautifully presented inside and outside, also the house across from the church with its shrubs and flowers. The community centre came in for praise as did the tractor tyres at the Flowerhill Housing Estate. Well done to all involved and continued success.
